Introduction:

Minimum 2 years of restaurant supervisory experience in a high volume setting. You must love putting on a show for the Guests, having fun, motivating the Team, and creating memories. We are all about hospitality!

Responsibilities:

• FOH training
• Aid/Responsible for FOH hiring
• Implementing Company SOP's
• Quality control of all drinks
• Ordering for Front of House (ie. Bar Supplies, Milk, Cleaning Chemicals, Coffee, Teas, Beer, Liquor)
• Ability to head guest complaints
• Ability to problem solve under pressure
• Ability to create and manage schedule FOH

• High volume restaurant experience.
• A genuine passion for the hospitality industry and ability to positively influence the workplace with an upbeat and inspirational demeanor.
• Train service staff to be more efficient, increase product knowledge, and take care of the Guest.
• Be hands on and lead by example. Make a difference every day.
• Ensure dining room and entire facility is clean and in good maintenance, ready for service every shift.
• Resolve any Guest issues during service, settling only for total Guest satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Cultivate and participate in the team philosophy of management. Work with the other manager and leads to effectively run the restaurant.
